Hosted by Healthy Ageing Partnerships and Country to Coast QLD, generously supported by the Maroochydore RSL, this free community event will explore the upcoming changes to the Aged Care Act and Quality Standards, and what these reforms may mean for you and your loved ones. You will hear from a panel of experts with a wealth of knowledge and experience across aged care.
Sessions will include:
- An overview of the Aged Care Act reforms
- How to be an active partner in your care
- Making informed decisions about your care journey
- Understanding what matters most to you
The forum will also include a Q & A session and light refreshments.
