Driving represents independence, connection, and freedom.  As we age, staying safely behind the wheel can require new awareness, planning, and tools - but it doesn't mean giving up control.

Staying in the Driver's Seat is an informative and supportive forum designed to help older adults continue driving safely for as long as possible, while also preparing confidently for future transportation needs.  The forum focuses on practical strategies, current research, and real-life solutions that respect personal independence and choice.

This forum encourages open conversations, questions, and shared experiences.  Whether you are an active driver, noticing changes, or simply planning ahead.  Staying in the Driver's Seat is about staying informed, staying empowered, and staying mobile - on your own terms.

Morning tea included and free parking.  Parking will be validated for all attendees.
